i.e.,I have lived in Hacienda for two years now. Overall it is ok BUT recently they have began replacing the carpet with ULTRA LOW QUALITY carpet. I now hear EVERY footstep, cabinet door close, toilet flush, etc. from the neighbor upstairs! I had no idea how noise affects the quality of life! AVOID until management upgrades...... A local favorite, or highly recommended because

These apartments are not worth the price of rent... They make you pay for water, garbage and maintanace (which they don't tell you until you move in) The management in the office is VERY unprofessional and ghetto. You can rent a completely upgraded almost new apartment for the price Rancho Vallecitos rents theres out... Bathrooms are not completely remodeled (bath tub is rusty) Jacuzzi didn't work for 1 yr and they did nothing about it. Gym most equipment is OLD and doesnt work... I recommend please do not move in Rancho Vallecitos
