Tri-Counties Regional Center provides supports and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. It offers a wide range of services, such as residential care, early start services, prevention program and day programs. Located in Simi Valley, Calif., the State of California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) has contracted with the Tri-Counties Association for the Developmentally Disabled (TCADD) to operate the Tri-Counties Regional Center. The California Department of Developmental Services is the agency through which the State of California provides services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities.
