Promoting growth, healing and balance is a passion. It is exciting to see people work through trauma or difficult experiences and get to the other side - a place of hope and recovery as well as a place of inner peace and harmony. I use a holistic approach which means that I use a variety of methods and tools to explore and work through emotional challenges.
