With experience in the direction and preparation of CEQA determinations in support of current and long range planning projects and programs, Oliveira Environmental Consulting has the ability to utilize extensive public outreach, multidisciplinary technical expertise and interagency coordination to guide projects through a complex permitting process. In addition to environmental determinations, Oliveira Environmental Consulting brings experience in regulatory agency compliance that includes SMARA management and responsible agency permit coordination at the local, State and Federal level and environmental compliance monitoring.
