I chose to come here simply because it was closest to my house without even checking any ratings of dentists in the area and comparing, and I am so happy with my decision. The receptionist managed to squeeze me in on a cancellation appointment within the same week of calling. I had some issues with my insurance and she contacted them for me and kept me updated on what was going on and what I could do on my end to make it work. The staff was very friendly when coming into the clean, modern office and helped me through my paperwork, which only took me about 5 minutes, even for being a new patient. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very informative of every process she completed and the status of my teeth along the way. She provided me with many helpful hints of what I can do to keep up caring for my teeth and specific things to help with small problems. She was gentle, funny and very intelligent, being willing to explain to me anything I had questions about in a clear and understandable manner. Dr. Bass was wonderful. He completed a thorough examination of my teeth and let me know any potential concerns. When I asked him to lay it on me scientifically, he did so by thoroughly explaining how the muscles and bones in my jaw were interacting and what this meant relating to my condition. I could not give my experience a higher rating. Dr. Bass and his staff made for an all-around wonderful experience and I can definitely say going here will help make you not dread going to the dentist!
