What you see matters because what you see supports your best quality of life. Central Coast Eye Associates was started by Dwight Hayden MD and Hal Purcell MD in 1970 in the same location as the current Central Coast Eye, Inc. The practice has gone through several iterations and upgrades but maintains some loyal dedicated employees from 25 years ago. Dr. Johnson’s training and specialty interest is in diseases and surgery of the retina which include macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal detachments.
