I recently went to visit the gym, the staff was very friendly especially Angela Martin she was very encouraging and helpful with focusing on my needs, the equipment was up to date, the environment was very energizing and clean. I would recommend everyone to go. Christine Robbs

This facility is one of the finest, welcoming and focused fitness center in the Tri Counties. The staff is well aware of their clients needs and are always work with positive and goal orientated approaches. Angela also will work hard to adjust the work outs to best benefit her clients to have a positive experience. Her attitude toward her clients and her job are so encouraging that one loves to come back for more!!! The openess of the facility post remodel gives a new member an positive and open and airy feeling. The equipment is state of the art.

must say there are no local fitness centers than can compare with athon elite. It's clean, welcoming, spacious. The staff is warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The trainers have a lot of knowledge and try to learn each of their clients needs to help them improve overall health and mobility. Angela in particular Is always positive and encourages with positive reinforcements. She also knows her clients limitations and tries hard to change a rotation to be more rewarding for the overall work out.
