• Chiropractic Adjustments
  At Spine & Sportcare, our chiropractor will conduct a physical examination to assess your shoulder pain, and develop a treatment plan to alleviate your pain. our chiropractor will most likely prescribe treatments such as chiropractic adjustments or stretching to treat and heal your shoulder pain. Routine chiropractic care will help to ensure reduced inflammation, alleviated pain, and that you are healing without the use of medication.
• Subluxation
  The goal of chiropractic treatment is to reduce the subluxation, increase the range of motion, reduce nerve irritability, and improve mobility. Our compassionate and qualified chiropractor will work with you to relieve this pain and get you back to being pain free every single day.
• Manipulation Therapy
  Scar tissue is a problem, because it limits your range of motion. This is due to the negative impact on the sensory motor firing rates and frequencies. Abnormal sensory inputs perpetuate a dysfunction cycle of nervous system sensitization, pain and dysfunctional movement or motor output. By utilizing the Graston Technique®, you are choosing an effective method of manual therapy that interrupts and breaks the pain cycle and dysfunctional movement.
• Spinal Decompression
  Spinal decompression involves stretching the spine while using a traction table. The goal is to relieve back pain and/or leg pain. Our chiropractor also works to promote an optimal healing environment for bulging, degenerated, or herniated discs.
• Therapeutic Exercise
  The Graston Technique® (GT) is an innovative, evidence-based form of therapy that utilizes an instrument to assist in soft tissue mobilization. This enables clinicians to effectively and efficiently break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. GT utilizes specially designed stainless steel instruments to detect and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation. • Acupuncture
  I really like the staff and treatment I am receiving. I was really hurting after having acupuncture treatments first. The occupational health doctor was going to send me for evaluation to get shots and I didn’t want the shots. They were going to close out my case while I was still in pain. I had 30 days to see if there was anything to help me. I found chiropractic care that I informed the doctor could help me in Dublin. W/C sent a list and I met Dr. Jason and his staff in San Leandro. • Disc Herniation Treatment
  Before our chiropractor can prescribe the best treatment, additional medical tests may be necessary to better diagnose the severity of your slipped disc. These tests can include x-rays, MRIs or cat scans, and are all non-invasive but will help our chiropractor to correctly identify and treat your disc herniation.
