Specializations include working with depression, anxiety, adolescent development concerns, anger management, couples counseling, and clinical assessment. In addition, our practice provides fitness for duty psychological evaluations (fire and police). From our perspective, therapy is an investment in personal growth and is a dedication to one's overall well-being. Therapy can help identify strengths and personal successes, as well as help to explore one's area(s) for growth. We work hard to provide a trusting, warm, transparent, and supportive relationship for our clients. We believe that understanding our past and our current life patterns as well as our cognitions helps to foster internal growth, so that we can understand ourselves on a deeper level, create emotional well-being, and move towards a more fulfilling life.
