they are organized, will tell me up front what I need to bring or whether I am qualified for the loan. They are very knowledgeable and make sure you understand the process. My loan got approval easily and the fees are very reasonable. Most importantly, they are competent and honest. I will come back for future purchase or refinancing.Mike
