It reflects the one-stop services model in which the company does from A thru Z for its clients: from sales to loans, property management, LLC formation, etc. to save time for busy clients. If it has the expertise for the service, it will do it. Otherwise, it will connect the investors to the experts so busy investors do not have to scramble trying to figure out what to do.
