Established in 1982, Taiwan Restaurant is one of leading gourmet Chinese Restaurants in the Silicon Valley. Based in San Jose, Calif., it serves a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes for lunch/dinner. The restaurant offers meat dishes made from chicken, beef, pork as well as seafood.
