Also the tow truck company that works for Summerwind Apartments are the worst. They tow vehicles like there is No tomorrow and charge $ 270 dollars for less than two hours of the vehicle being towed. The tow company are like bottom feeding carp that come around looking for vehicles to tow even if you have parking pass issued by Summerwind Apartments. Roaches every-where. If you want to share your apartment with Roaches, Summerwind apartments is to place to be. The hallways are really dirty and the neighborhood kids use it as a play ground/soccer field. Also it shakes the floor of the apartment when they score a goal! You can feel the ground shake of the apartment when the neighbors walk around in their own apartment.
