R.E.F is an International Organization founded in the US 30 years ago. We are comprised exclusively of Business Leaders who are invited to join Forum Groups of 12-15 non-competing Members. The Forum Group becomes a high-caliber Peer Advisory Board, a Circle of Trust that meets monthly with a clear objective: to employ the Group's Collective Intelligence to make better strategic decisions and reach each Member's next professional and personal level. In addition, REF membership extends beyond the Forum Group and connects Members to a Global Community of thousands of other Business Leaders where best practices are shared and opportunities are accessed.
