We are licensed community care clinics providing free medical services and information about abortion, adoption and parenting. Our services include pregnancy tests, ultrasound exams, medical consultations, prenatal care, STI/STD education and other support services. All of these services are free of charge and confidential which means that your appointments will not appear on your insurance records. Pregnancy, especially one that is unplanned, can cause confusion and stress. We know that you may be facing a life changing choice and our staff is here to help walk you through your options. Our board certified OB/GYN physician, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and support staff are highly trained and dedicated to meeting your health care needs. We are here to offer you a safe place to ask questions and get answers. The environment is welcoming and the bathroom is so clean that I almost forgot to put the seat cover on top. It even smells like lemons. The staff here are extremely supportive, caring, understanding of your situation, and also very informative. I highly recommend this place! Plus all their services are free.

The environment at Real Options Pregnancy Medical Clinics in San Jose were so very professionally run it was impressive, and the staff were so nice and welcoming. All the services were free and i felt like they supported me in every way. I was treated with kindness and respect without judgment.
