In this day and age when you need a plumber, you feel like you have to bend over and grab your ankles, because you know you're going to get screwed. That was then. Bill from Pros Plumbing and Rooter has since changed my opinion about this business. Whether it's for our restaurant or the house, Pros Plumbing is who we call. Bill is the only person we have dealt with here, but he represents the company well. Our latest issue was a toilet that needed replacing. Bill though that the unit needed to be replaced, but suggested to repair the leaking tank in order to save us money. He told us that if the repair didn't take, he would apply that labor cost to putting in a new toilet. The crack in the tank was too fine for the repair to be successful. True to his word, Bill came back the next day and replaced the toilet and charged us only for the commode. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone, and have already suggested them to some of my closes friends

Service was great, price seemed right, and the response time was excellent. Called them late evening last night because i was in a dire need of a plumber.. our one and ONLY toilet was backed up. Okay, so lets see here....me, and my Husband and three little kiddies and....one....toilet.. thats just not happening!! I looked up an "emergency san jose plumber" on Google, and found Pros Plumbing. My call was answered like right away. I spoke to Mike and he told me he could have a tech at my house in about an hour, so i went ahead and scheduled, and sure enough about 45 minuets later Dan was at my door. He quickly saw what was wrong, and gave me a good price to fix it ( he even gave me a discount because my husband worked for SJPD, and i thought that was very nice ). I gotta say that i am really impressed with this company. If your looking for a good reliable plumber call these guys

I just wanted to take a minute to express my thanks for the great service I've received from Pros Plumbing. This past Saturday my kitchen sink backed up and despite my attempts to remedy the situation the true professionals were able to come to the rescue. My phone call was answered immediately by a courteous employee and he dispatched help in what seemed like seconds. When Brendon came to the front door he introduced himself, listened to my assessment of the problem and then most professionally explained what were the probable causes and the best most efficient way to get a solution. That man deserves major props for not wasting any time at all to make me understand the plumbing of my 50-year-old house and the best way to take care of my investment for another 50 years. Brendon represents Pros Plumbing in a manner that all bosses would be proud of. Thank you Brendon for getting the job done.
