I recently took my car in for some major work on it. It was my first visit. I cannot say enough good things about the assistant manager, Jeremy. I won't go into the details here, but he was extremely helpful, and explained everything thoroughly, using pictures showing exactly what was being done to my car. In addition, he worked diligently to resolve an issue after the car had been worked on. He worked with the mechanics to go back to the car and check the work they had just done 2 days before in order to check it out! He was patient, never talked down to me (as some mechanics do!) and followed everything through personally. I can certainly see why he is in that position at the store. When it comes to car repairs, it is sometimes hard to know if we as customers are getting a fair deal. I have no doubts that I did! Great customer service, Jeremy!
