Founded in 1948, Cosentino's Market is a family-owned group of three gourmet food stores located in San Jose, Calif. It offers a wide variety of cakes, such as black forest, chocolate heaven, Boston cream, and berries and cream. Additionally, the store offers a variety of pastas, desserts, seafood, and wines and beer. It also provides a variety of party platters, such as lavosh, finger sandwich, assorted meat, Italian relish, gourmet cheese, and fruit and cheese. Cosentino's Market supplies boxed lunches that include a variety of eatables, such as sandwiches, side salads, fruits and baked cookies. It provides various online recipes, such as broccoli pesto, apple cake, pumpkin pie and grilled corn.
