I'll definitely use their service again and recommend their business. My employer used them and I was impressed how they moved our office in the Peninsula area. I called them for quote for my residential move. Their quote is competitive. I'm very happy with the results. My wife is very picky because we have piano, antiques and few collection items we inherited from our parents. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

The charged me $135/hr, milked the clock while wrapping up my furniture, scratched my dresser, and broke 2 wheels on my office filing cabinet. Additionally they tacked on a 3% Visa Card fee without telling me. Do not use these guys - they are a ripoff at $135/hr. I'd say they're worth about $75/hr tops. I've moved several times around the Bay Area. So far, this is the worst company that I've used. Total cost to move my 2 bedroom apartment 9 miles was $1200.00. My last company was only $700 to move roughly the same amount of items 40 miles.
