Kennedy University in counseling psychology with a holistic studies emphasis, which encompasses viewing an individual as a combination of mind, spirit and body. My specializations include Recovery from abuse (including Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse), Transition, Grief & Loss, Body Image, Compulsive Eating, Stress Reduction, and Mindfulness.
