Crissy and John were a great help! I showed up one day to check it out and I was enchanted. It was like being in a tropical oasis! I went back a second time and had to buy plants. I may be going back today for more! Very friendly staff, very helpful, kind and honest. Prices were fair, and easy parking.

For gardeners who like the 'topical look', you will be like a kid in a candy store when you visit the twolocations of Green Design. The Alameda store focuses on interior plantscaping while the Meridannursery focuses on outdoor plant material. Expect to spend a couple of hours at both locations be-cause you will find it very hard to leave. Thai and John are among the most friendly and helpful peopleyou are likely to find in the trade, which makes a visit even more enjoyable. This place is first rate andlong overdue for San Jose. Please support this business venture as often as you can because we don'twant to loose it!
