Gigasonic offers three ways of buying experience. I can order online and have it shipped or have it picked up at their San Jose warehouse within an hour, or I can just go to the store the make the purchase. Very convenient for a busy musician like me and very friendly customer service.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Be very careful with GigaSonic. I ordered my product on Nov 30, today is Dec 28 and still didn't get it (and it was supposed to be within 6 days)! They've promised me 3 different dates (14, 21 & 23 Dec) and of course nothing! Guess what, when I tried to cancel my order, they've promised me another date! buahahha they are AWFUL!!!
