Payne Elementary School is a California Distinguished School that provides learning opportunities to students in kindergarten through grade five. It offers educational classes in various subjects, including performing arts, math, science, basic skills, reading, writing, social science, and health and physical education. The school has a library media center that provides access to Internet resources, books, magazines and newspapers to stimulate the intellectual development of students and staff.
