Cannot be Trusted!



We were their customers for more than 2 years and after adding the home insurance to the policy all we have had is problems. We feel really disappointed by the service we received. All the rates started increasing and we actually found another company providing cheaper premiums for the same coverage. That really lost the trust that we had on you guys. We were blindly trusting you on everything and in fact I recommended so many of my friends to you. I would say that I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone to your agency.



Look what happened now. A home insurance product sold for a discount, one year premium paid up front and after some time they say the discounts are being removed. That really makes no sense. They already gave us the policy and we have already paid for it! If there is any change it should be applied at the RENEWAL time!





I would recommend NOT dealing with them.
