Founded in 1960, Evergreen Dialysis Center is one of the three dialysis centers operated by El Camino Hospital, a not-for-profit organization with hospital campuses in Mountain View, California and Los Gatos, Calif. Based in San Jose, Calif., the dialysis centers offers in-center and home hemodialysis services to patients of more than 35 local nephrologists. Its home hemodialysis service offers full support for all home therapies, including hemodialysis for patients at night, during sleep. Oak Dialysis Center and Rose Garden Dialysis Center are the other two dialysis facilities operated by El Camino Hospital. Its hospitals have served communities in the South San Francisco Bay Area for nearly 50 years.
