Elizabeth was great at explaining my options and answering my questions. She did the waxing very quickly and professionally, and she was friendly too!

Love Love Love Lori. She is very funny and provides great services. She also makes you feel very comfortable even if it's your first time waxing. This is one of the best and actually fun places to get your services done. I really look forward to seeing Lori every time I come:) Even the ladies at the front desk are very sweet. I have been to European Wax Center several times and LOVE it! I am not always the best about keeping my appointments, but they always work with me. Heather is great, but I think they have a great staff and I am always happy when I leave. Great customer service! Marlene
