The service is so bad because of the old Vietnamese woman. When I sent in a skirt with a belt, she told me to take the belt out and she would not accept the belt. The belt is part of the cloth and it is made by the same material as the cloth. She always charges customer the higher rate without following the store standard rates. I was charged lower prices for the same clothes when she was not working in the store. She said she is the manager of the store and she makes the decision about how much to charge. She even tried to prevent customer to report the issues to the store owner.
