  Mr. Arthur started out his career as a foreign legal advisor to the Samsung Group in Seoul, Korea for two years. As a staff lawyer in the General Council's office, Mr. Arthur worked on hundreds of matters relating to business transactions, licensing agreements and joint venture projects around the world. At the Samsung Group, Mr. Arthur worked on projects ranging up to U.S. $250,000 million. Mr. Arthur also advised on international litigation matters as well.

  In 1993, Mr. Arthur left Texas to join Charles Law in forming a new law firm in Northern California that would have a business and international focus under the name Law & Arthur.
