I decided to sign up for the Achievement Fitness Transformation Center VIP 6-week 20lb challenge because I needed the accountability that this program offers. I'm grateful to have been part of this program which helped me change my mindset and get back on track with healthy eating. By eating healthy and working out at least 5 times a week I lost 19.2 lbs in 6 weeks. Thank you to all the amazing coaches at Achievement Fitness for their support and encouragement. I'm happy to be a member of the AF family and look forward to waking up every morning to attend the 4:30 a.m. class.
