First time patient it was the worst experience ever ! I went for a consultation because I wanted to try acupuncture treatments for joint pain and , due to lupus. Dr. Victor Jang, has the worst bedside manners I have ever encountered. He was rude, inconsiderate, and very abrupt. I had brought all medications with me so he would be able to see the treatment I was currently on. He did not agree with the treatments I was on. Which is okay that is his opinion, but we had a problem when he suggested that I completely eliminate ALL of my medications so that I would only take his herbs. When I explained to him that I had to slowly be winged off prednisone and other medications but that I would be willing to try them.But firstI would have to talk to my rrheumatologistthat is when he became very angry and rude. Basically saying why was I there just wasting his time ? and he abruptly walked out. I was so upset I left crying and of course I was charged for his so called consultation.
