I hate to rate this so low, but to me the food was simply not good. I had the fish tacos and special fries. While the fries were okay, the special sauce was not... and there was a LOT of it on the fries. It was the same sauce that was on the fish tacos, and I didn't like it there either. I ate about half of one taco and picked around the sauce to eat some fries, but I left unsatisfied and hungry. I wish I would have gotten the fish & chips instead. A guy waited on me and, while he was friendly, he didn't tell me my ticket number and I couldn't read his writing. While I was waiting for my food, a woman (presumably the owner?) started working the window and she definitely kicked it up a notch. She was engaging with every single customer that came up to the window; really great customer service! On the bright side, this is a tremendous value, especially for the area. I think my meal was under $8, which is tough to beat anywhere in the Bay area.
