I am a therapist in private practice in Noe Valley, San Francisco. I see individuals and couples. I am certified in EMDR, a form of therapy which helps with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss. One might be transitioning through a rite of passage, loneliness, isolation, relationship issues, grief, or loss. I can help you identify what stops you from creating the life you want, find your true voice, uncover & process childhood pain and trauma, connect you to your deepest needs & desires.
