This agency was the best thing to happen to me when I first moved out here. I sent them my application one afternoon and got a call back within minutes, literally. They scheduled me an appointment for the following day, and I had a job lined up the VERY NEXT DAY!! It all happened SO fast, it was amazing. They were so helpful, I didn't have to sign any contracts, it was like having a personal secretary do all the job searching for me. Within 2 weeks I was already offered a permanent position, and I had only worked at 2 different offices. They were very friendly, helpful, kept in good contact with me, and made sure I was getting everything I needed. The last year has been a roller coaster for me balancing school and a looking for a good paying job that would pay my bills. I decided to check out temp work. Over the summer, I went to various temp agencies around town, but had no luck. I wanted a job in my area of study: accounting & finance. These other temp agencies kept offering me sales/customer service jobs. I kept telling them I didn't want that type of work; especially @ the rates they were paying. I thought about giving up on temp agencies and take a break from grad school this semester in order to find a decent job. I came upon McCall when I was searching online and saw some really good reviews. I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did that! Those recruiters were so nice and caring! It was only 1 week (roughly) after my interview that I was offered an accounting job with one of their clients. I am so happy. It's flexible w/school, the pay is good, & the it's in downtown!

I'm grateful for this company. I applied for a temp job at McCall and within 2 days, I was working fulltime. The people there are so nice. I was with another temp agency prior to this for about 1 month, but nothing ever happened. McCall had really good legitimate jobs...not sales jobs. When I was being interviewed by the head recruiter, I had no clue the lady sitting at the desk across the room was the owner. She's very sweet and I've learned from experience that she would do anything for her employees. After working with McCall for about 2 months, I was offered a permanent job from one of their clients. I just wish I would have known about McCall when I first moved here.
