The focaccia is great if it is sold fresh to the retailers in the North Bay. Unfortunately Liguria Bakery's accounts (Delis, grocery stores, etc.) try to sell it after it's prime. It's great focaccia when it's fresh as it should be. Liguria Bakery get after your accounts so your name and product is at the level it should be.
