Each has more than 20 years of real estate experience. LBA's senior management team averages more than 18 years of experience. LBA owns a portfolio of office and industrial properties that total over 19 million square feet and invests on behalf of LBA's institutional investment funds. The company's May 2006 acquisition of Bedford Property Investors has extended its operations into Nevada and Oregon. Bedford Property Investors was a self-administered equity real estate investment trust with investments in suburban office buildings and industrial properties concentrated in the Western United States. LBA s headquarters are located in Irvine, Calif., with regional offices in Los Angeles, San Diego and Lafayette, Calif. LBA also operates western markets that include the Pacific Northwest, Colorado and Arizona.
