The chain also operates the COS Collection of Style. It has nearly 73,000 employees and supports UNICEF to prevent child labor in Uzbekistan. The chain s garments go through several quality and safety tests. It participates in the Fur Free Retailer Program and has been accredited by the Fair Labor Association. H&M has more than 15 production offices in Europe, Asia and Africa, as well as works in association with over 600 independent suppliers.
