General Info

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, therapist, and expert in the neuroscience of anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. I specialize in providing therapy for anxiety, PTSD, depression, panic, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and stress-related difficulties. I work with clients on Saturdays in my private practice in San Francisco. I use an approach known as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which emphasizes the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behavior in psychological change.
