Yes, I think Yelpers are completely right in giving Fresca 4 stars. They're 4 star to me too.I had take out from this restaurant last night. After dealing with the newest plumbing catastrophe for the day, I'm completely not in the mood to cook.Anyway, I ordered the black ceviche, grilled steak and paella. The food had a different kick to it since I believe they're Peruvian, right? Different ingredients and specially spices than say Mexican. I loved their paring a plantain banana with the totally seasoned steak. Very good. The other two dishes needed further editing, I thought. A bit over the top and has a tendency towards convolutedness (is this a word? maybe not), but you get my point.Totally different though if you want variety. Thank heavens I live in San Francisco. I love the diversity in our food!
