Eugene Burger Management Corporation began operations in 1968 in Sausalito, Calif. under the name Barcelon-Burger Management Corporation. The company specializes in the management of market rate and affordable apartment communities, commercial properties, condominiums and cooperatives. It is a member of various national, state and local organizations, which includes Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Community Associations Institute (CAI), California Apartment Association (CAA), North Coast Rental Housing Association (NCRHA), California Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (CalARVC)) and Sonoma County Alliance.
