I offer psychotherapy for individuals and couples in San Francisco and the Bay Area from my office located in the Financial District. I am passionate about de-stigmatizing the need for help, and believe everyone can benefit from therapy. I work with a wide variety of issues and particularly enjoy helping people cultivate meaningful connection, quiet the inner critic, set healthy boundaries, and become more embodied.
