- Primary CareDr. Winnie F. Yee is a graduate of University of California at Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in neurobiology. She then completed the Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern California College of Optometry. Upon finishing her doctoral degree, she performed an additional year of residency in primary care optometry and low vision rehabilitation at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Tucson, Arizona. She is currently a member of California Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
