The Conservation & Liquidation Office, also known as CLO, serves California Insurance Commissioner. It rehabilitates and liquidates troubled insurance enterprises. The office operates as a fiduciary for the benefit of claimants. The Conservation & Liquidation Office also oversee departments that operate and liquidate insurance companies. It offers services to Alistar Insurance Company, Citation General Insurance Company Enterprise Insurance Company and Fremont Life Insurance Company.
