School of Applied Science and Technology provides various vocational programs and services to more than 3,000 students annually. It is a part of the City College of San Francisco, which is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. The institution offers courses in the areas of auto body repair, automotive technology, blueprint reading, computer science, labor relations and fire science. Its other areas of study includes introduction to construction, motorcycle and engine repair, upholstery, television repair and custodial training. The institution also has an aeronautics department that offers classes in flight science, aircraft maintenance, rigging and electrical systems and aircraft metal structures. School of Applied Science and Technology is located in San Francisco.
