General Info

I've been a psychotherapist for individuals, couples, and groups for over ten years. I am passionate about my practice and feel honored and grateful to witness each client's personal unfolding. I have a distinctive way of working, which draws on a unique blend of methods and bodies of knowledge. I see many long-term clients of diverse backgrounds and orientations who tell me they continue with me because of my grounded presence, my non-judgmental receptivity, and my collaborative approach. They also appreciate the touches of humor and lightheartedness I bring into our work. A number of clients come to me for my expertise in: Psychospiritual opening and transformation; Sexual Healing and Empowerment groups for women; Couples therapy; Mindful Sexuality, sexual concerns, dating, conscious connection and communication, and sexual and gender diversity; Women's health, including chronic and life-threatening illness and disability; EMDR. I also assist clients with a wide range of life issues, including relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, negative body image, shame and self-criticism, self-esteem and self-doubt, grief and loss, as well as general health and well-being.
