Algert Coldiron Investors (ACI ) is a boutique asset management firm based in San Francisco. We manage equity long-only, active extension (130/30 ) and market-neutral strategies. ACI was founded in 2002 and is 100% employee-owned.Clients. ACI manages money for a variety of institutional clients. These include: public and corporate pension plans, foundations/endowments, hedge fund of funds and family offices.Investment Process. We employ a systematic, fundamental investment process. Stock selection ideas are driven by our research in accounting and behavioral finance. We implement these ideas systematically, removing emotion from buy and sell decisions.
