Minus 5 stars!! Do NOT buy a Magellan GPS with the expectation of ever being able to reach the technical support department. I've called them 10 times in 2 days, stayed on hold a minimum of 7 minutes every time, and never once has a person answered. The Roadmate 5120 model stops functioning every couple of months, seemingly when it needs a computer update, rendering the device useless, causing unexpected, dangerous driving situations. With no tech support available and an unreliable product, don't waste your money.
