The Mission Valley YMCA is a charitable, nonprofit organization located in San Diego. The organization s facilities include a swimming pool, gymnasium, and exercise, locker and stretch rooms. It provides a variety of fitness, sports, child care and aquatic programs for children, teenagers, adults and senior citizens. The Mission Valley YMCA offers individual and group swimming classes. The organization s fitness center provides yoga, Pilates, cycling and arthritis classes. It supports several sports activities, such as basketball, golf, volleyball, lacrosse and soccer. The Mission Valley YMCA additionally offers licensed before- and after-school programs for children in kindergarten through grade eight. The organization is a part of the YMCA of San Diego County.
