As a former Executive Asst and Office Mgr, I can truly attest to this office as being extremely exceptional. From the receptionist, who is always bright and cheery and makes the appointments very efficiently, to the Ortho Technicians who assist the Orthodontist and explain every detail of what they are doing and always ask, "are you okay," to the Office Manager who, if you have any personal concerns, is right there to listen and advise and, of course, to Dr. Barton (as well as Dr. Li) who are so friendly and always ask how you are doing and are so professional. The office has a automated appointment reminder system which is fantastic. Having orthodontics is a true commitment and hard work. I am very extremely happy with my finished product and also the aftercare (one year) they have scheduled for me to make sure I am wearing my retainers and continue with my proper dental health. I would recommend this Ortho Family to anyone.
