Don't do business with them. They waste your time for weeks after getting you to sign a lease, taking all your money and then telling you the day you are supposed to get your keys that they change their mind and want to rescind their offer on the lease. That's unlawful! And they don't compensate you for it and want to waste more of your time and effort by then advising you to get a lawyer as they no longer want to deal with you on recouping all your loses beyond rent and a security deposit (like all the other fees I had to pay to make this happen). That's poor management skills. On top of it all, I am now homeless . . .
