      The best gym I've ever been to. It's a no-nonsense place. Immaculate space, lovely people, and never crowded. After coming here, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

      Excellent atmosphere .. people are extremely considerate .. staff is great .. new equipment and lots of it .. never crowded .. 24/7 .. totally different than any other place I’ve ever trained at .. do the tour and check it out

      By far, the most innovative, complete and functional health training center on the west coast if not anywhere. If you haven't stopped by to see this brand new design, and you do any sort of indoor fitness or athletic training, you are doing yourself a grave injustice.

      People are great, members and staff alike, everything is new, and the place is always spotless without any waiting for anything.

      Unlike all other commercial places, this place has at least two of everything that's popular and in most cases, alot more.
